Mareledi M. Fantan (MMF) is a seasoned Engineer and Project Manager with strong background in Risk Management. With extensive experience gained over 4 decades MMF has tackled challenges at the intersection of technical excellence and risk mitigation. MMF is well-versed in steering projects and managing risks throughout the project lifecycle. He championed a diverse range of projects, most of which was during his time at Debswana where he worked for 29 years and rose through the ranks to the position of Group Manager for Projects & Engineering.
In all the projects that were undertaken over the years of his tenure in the projects management sphere, each project had to undergo a risk identification, and classification culminating in mitigation or avoidance.
